These conditions apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between Dharma-Lotus (of which Ekãyano is a part) a customer to which Dharma-Lotus has declared these conditions applicable.

Dharma-Lotus will perform the treatments to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship and on the basis of the state of the art at that time.

How a customer must make a registration and payment is described in de payment terms.

The client provides Dharma-Lotus with all information via the online registration form, which Dharma-Lotus indicates is necessary or which the client should reasonably understand to be necessary for the careful execution of the activity and the stay at Ekãyano. Dharma-Lotus stores the data online and treats the client's confidential data according to the guidelines in the General Data Protection Regulation. Dharma-Lotus will not sell or rent the data of the client to third parties and will delete this at most 1 month after the termination of the activity on Ekãyano.

Dharma-Lotus is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information that the client has communicated during the activity on Ekãyano. Information is considered confidential if this has been communicated by the client or if this results from the nature of the information. Confidentiality lapses if, based on a legal provision or a court decision, the specialist is obliged to provide the confidential information to third parties.

Dharma-Lotus and its teachers are not liable for damage, of whatever nature, caused by the fact that the specialist relied on incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the client about relevant physical conditions, medication use, allergies of products, work activities or leisure activities. Dharma-Lotus and its teachers are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property that the client has brought to the practice.
