Our payment terms are:

1.1

A registration is only definitive once the payment has been made. Do this no later than 1 week before the start of the course.

1.2

If you register less than 1 week in advance, you can also pay in cash.

1.3

When transferring from a course to a course, the course fee is charged, provided the course is started within 3 months after the course has been completed. Ask for the conditions.

2.1

As we are an educational institution, we are in the VAT rate of 0% for all our activities

2.2

Of course you can always receive an invoice.

3.1

There is no possibility for a refund.

3.2

There is no refund for cancellations within 48 hours. With an earlier cancellation you can move on to a later moment.

3.3

Given the nature of a tantra circle, retreat or pilgrimage, no refund is possible here. Take out travel insurance and cancellation insurance for the last 2 for this.

3.4

Because we always work with small groups, and often with couples, a course group of 6 participants can suddenly contract due to cancellations. It is possible that the course is then moved on, or a 4-day (for 6-8 people) is reduced to a 2-day (for 2-3 people) the content and quality of the course always remains intact.

3.5

Be on time. If you come to an individual course or sessions 20 minutes late without a message (telephone / text), the appointment expires without refund. So always bring mobile and our telephone number (06-49768104).
